Pursuant to Article 13 of D.Lgs. (Italian Legislative Decree) 196 of 30 June 2003, we wish to inform you that ENCI, within the context of the regulatory provisions, guarantees that your personal data will be processed with respect for the rights, essential freedoms and dignity of the interested party (Article 4, paragraph 1, letter i) of the code) with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and to the right to the protection of personal data. This page describes the methods used to manage the website www.enciwinner.it with regard to the processing of the personal data of all those who interact with the web service. The information is provided pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the Privacy Code), and it applies only to the website in question and not to any other website users may subsequently consult using links, for which ENCI can in no way be held responsible.


All the personal information provided by you is freely given. The information you give us by sending an e-mail and/or by filling in the registration form will be used exclusively to answer your questions or to meet any requests you have made. Subject to demonstration of your freely-given and specific consent, our organisation may use your personal data for the purposes of sending you information of a promotional and commercial nature, by post or telephone and/or electronically by e-mail, fax, SMS or MMS message or newsletter, or by automated systems. This information will relate to new products or services with the aim of improving our service to you or to present you with special offers, in all cases directed at your personal needs and in order to offer you new opportunities that may be of interest to you. In this context and for the aforesaid purposes, your consent to the processing of your personal data is optional, without prejudice to your right to raise objections to this, in full or in part (Article 7, paragraph 4, letter b) of the Code) and failure to give your consent will have no consequences for any relations currently in existence or being established for the purposes of activating the service requested, precluding only the above-mentioned activities.


Personal data may be processed with or without the aid of electronic and automated means and this includes all the operations necessary for the processing in question provided for by Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003. In all cases the processing will be performed taking all the precautionary measures necessary to guarantee the data’s security and confidentiality. Personal data will be processed exclusively by persons appointed by the data holder, ENCI, as data supervisor or person in charge of processing the data. The data holder has taken all the minimum IT security measures necessary to reduce to the minimum the risk of violation of the privacy of the user by third parties, these measures being constantly updated and whenever deemed necessary.


The IT systems and the software procedures put in place for the operation of this website will, as part of their normal function, acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communications protocols. This information is not gathered in order to be associated with identified persons, but by its very nature it may enable the user to be identified by means of processing and association with data held by third parties. Data belonging to this category include IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the code number indicating the response status provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check that it is functioning properly and the data are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to assign responsibility in the hypothetical event of computer crime resulting in damage to the site.

Cookies are fragments of text sent by the software that manages the site to the user/visitor’s personal computer. The data may only be disclosed to persons appointed by the writer, ENCI, the data holder, as data supervisor or person in charge of processing the data.



The data may be communicated, by which we mean disclosed, to one or more specific persons, in the following situations.

  • To private or public-sector entities entitled to access the data by Italian law, regulations or EU regulations, within the limits provided for by such regulations, for example welfare and social security institutions and entities, local authority associations, public administration bodies, associations, foundations, voluntary associations and/or insurance entities.
  • Persons needing to access the data for purposes associated with the relationship between the parties, strictly within the limits necessary for performing the associated tasks, for example bank and credit institutions, service providers, carriers and shipping companies.
  • Our consultants, within the limits necessary for them to complete their work with our organisation, subject to our letter of appointment that imposes on them the duty of security and confidentiality.

The data will not be disseminated, by which we mean disclosed to unspecified persons in any way, including by making them available or open to consultation, without specific informed, freely-given consent for each type of processing.


This without prejudice to the interested party’s right, with regard to their personal data, to exercise, at any time, the rights set out in Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Code, in particular the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their own personal data or to access these and know their content and origin, to check their accuracy and request additions or updates to them, to have them deleted or blocked if they are incomplete, contain errors or have been gathered in violation of current regulations, and to object to their processing for legitimate reasons. With regard to the exercise of these rights and in order to be informed of the updated list of people in charge of processing their personal data, the interest party may apply, pursuant to Article 13, letter f) of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 to the designated data supervisor, ENCI contactable at the data holder’s office, also by sending an e-mail message to INFO@ENCISHOW.IT, in order to resolve the matter promptly.
